| Our staff are thrilled with the popularity of these classes and we can often fill the places several times over, so book early. Puppies can start once they are up to date with vaccines, and the sessions are once a week for four weeks. The basic training and socialisation provided by these classes is invaluable and it is also nice for our staff to follow the progress of puppies until adulthood. We will advise about worming, micro-chipping, flea treatments and dietary issues during your first vaccine consultations but puppy classes can help to provide a forum for discussion of these issues and the ongoing care of your dog. It is surprising how many of the puppy class pups have no fear of the surgery or the vets as an adult dog. |
